Product Description:
Desanding Hydrocyclone is mainly applied for classifying, separation, concentration and desliming in mine processing. When hydrocyclone combined with grinding machine, is used for classifying system. When for desliming, it used for heavy metal desliming. When applied in concentration and dewatering, it can do the tailings treatment and recycle.
The slurry enters into the hydrocyclone, under a certain pressure of slurry pump, flow rate and centrifugal force created by spinning. Under the force of centrifigual and gravity, the coarse and heavey particles thrown out.
Hydrocyclone tank is consisted with a upper hollow cylinder and a lower inverted cone, besides this, a feeding pipe, overflow pipe and sand settling outlet.

Working Principle:
Under the pressure, the feeding slurry enters into the hydrocyclone along the pipe. Big size particles throw to the tank wall by centrifugal force, and flows down under the external swirling flow force. Big sized particle settling product discharged from the bottom outlet. While the fine particles flows up by internal swirling force, and fine particles product discharged from the overflow.
